What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that you’ve paid, and limited details such as the card’s last four digits.
- Messages: anything you send us when you email us.
- Your basket: the items in your basket are kept in your own browser on your device so the basket works between pages. We don’t receive this until you check out.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To take your order, deliver it and deal with refunds and returns — this is needed to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records — we have a legal obligation to do this.
- To prevent fraud, keep our site secure and answer your questions — our legitimate interests.
- We’ll only send you marketing emails if you’ve asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with the services that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our website host (Netlify), and delivery and fulfilment partners. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google when you visit. We don’t sell your personal information.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK’s approved transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes (currently six years). Other information, such as emails to us, is kept only as long as we need it to deal with your query.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Email info@wellnesswealth.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
